U.M.R. Is for the coffee geeks out there that desire a greater understanding of what their favorite roasters are doing and want to go into great detail about how they’re doing it! We personally LOVE when roasters reveal their methods and share their profiles with open arms (and even more when they document it for us to see!). This kind of transparency inspires people like us to dive deeper down the rabbit hole to try and “figure it all out”.
