Roasting Mentorship Program
Would you like to either learn how to roast, or learn to improve your roasting skills? If so, I’d love to mentor you through this monthly subscription program!
This is an extremely unique opportunity to learn from each other and study BOTH of our own work in a highly collaborative way!

With this service being so new, I will be reaching out individually to book appointments. I want to make this as convenient for you as possible, with flexibility while making sure my other schedules will not overlap with these services.
*If you’re unable to attend the Roasting Video, and opt out for a video recording, you will be refunded for the month.
*If you’re unable to attend the Cupping Review Video, we can postpone for the following week, or you can opt for a video recording.
This membership requires A LOT of time on my part every month and as little of time as you’d like to spend (if opting for video recordings or shorter chats). This membership is really just an opportunity for me to get excited about collaborative coffee projects as much as it is helping people like you to become more experienced in a very short amount of time through collaboration!

$80.00 a month tier will get you:
Roasting VIdeo: 1 live (or recorded) video call with your coffee being roasted, along with a few minutes afterwards to discuss or talk about the roast.
If opting for a live video call, this would be a time to ask questions, and learn from us both talking about the pros and cons of the roast profile and the coffee bean.
1 x 225 gram bag of coffee (roaster or subscribers choice) from that roast session.
1 x 600 gram bag of green coffee for you to roast at home. Which is ~2-4 batches on the ($479) Behmor roaster, ~7 batches on the ($79) Popper roaster, 6-12 roasts on Nucleus Link or Kaffelogic roaster, and 1 roast on the Aillio Bullet (which I will be using for this membership).
This is already a value up to ~$65 just in roasted coffee alone…before consultation fees attached! This service is such a deal if you’re serious about this!!
1 x shipping label (created & purchased by me + sent to you) for you to send a portion of your roast/s back to me to cup and review.
Cupping Review VIdeo: 1 more live (or recorded) video call of me sharing my cupping notes from my private cupping session and discussing what I’ve liked, and what could be improve upon for either roast.
If opting for a live video call, this would be a time to share and communicate our experiences of the coffees together and learn from one another.
Roasting Video time slots:
1st & 3rd Tuesday AM of the month starting at - 9am(CST), 9:45am(CST), 10:30am(CST), or 11:15am(CST).
1st & 3rd Tuesday PM of the month starting at - 6pm(CST), 6:45pm(CST), 7:30pm(CST), or 8:15pm(CST).
(first come, first served upon sign up).
*If subscriber is unavailable for meeting, the roast will be filmed and I will discuss my thoughts throughout the roasting process as well as assess afterwards. If subscriber is unavailable for the cupping review, the cupping review will be filmed and I will share my experiences and opinions on the roasts.
