🏆We value coffees that are rated above 86-90+ points on the SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) grading scale. This means we purchase higher priced coffees that represent their value in their flavor profiles! With us, you can drink the finest coffees in the world for just a few dollars more, and without having to pay over 10X the price to be in the “ultra-luxury” market. If you value tasting coffees natural flavor compounds, as diverse as they come, we’re for you.

🙅‍♂️ We do not blend cheaper coffees to appeal to a wider audience. Creating blends can be fun, but rarely is it done well with quality (and freshness) in mind. We’d rather spend our time roasting & tasting incredible, 86+ point coffees! Not 80-83’s. Who wants boring coffee that (often) just tastes like coffee? Surely not the Pit Stop Crew! We keep our green coffee fresh & seasonal, constantly changing from one country to the next simply because it tastes better that way!
