Pit Stop Coffee Co. is a mobile coffee truck based in Nashville, TN. At Pit Stop Coffee Co., we believe that beautiful, delicious coffee should be welcoming and easy to get. There is generally a blurred line between the consumers cup and the cup their roaster is tasting and grading every day. Despite operating in an industry centered around ginormous milk sizes (with the same amount of coffee in an 8oz cup to a 16oz cup) and flavored syrups to overpower the very thing we are tirelessly working hard to promote, we focus on the flavor profile of the coffee bean.
We’re are on a mission to find the most flavorful beans and brew the best cup you’ve ever had - no matter how you drink it! Through innovative techniques and expertly applied knowledge of the craft, we believe Pit Stop Coffee Co. is one of the best places to explore all the wonderful things coffee has to offer.

Our trailer began its journey…
As a show trailer with Mavam Espresso machines, traveling state-by-state while promoting their product. Built by coffee Veterans Terry Z and Michael Myers Jr., It was the first machine of its kind to solve the complications of precise temperature stability over large volumes of water (most espresso machines are actually very unstable in temperature, especially at the grouphead…where it matters most), thanks to their patented heated transfer system and incredible attention to quality components, it took the specialty coffee industry by storm. Winning the Coffee Fest’s ‘Best New Product’ award reaching the highest scoring ‘Best New Product’ ever, with 100% of the vote in its favor!
The trailer was also built by Terry Z (Caffewerks) with Teardrops NW. Below are some of his adventures with the trailer in 2018. From Music To Coffee
Connor Johnson is the Owner & Operator of Pit Stop Coffee Company. After years of working as a live sound engineer in LA, Connor moved to Nashville for a career in the music recording industry. Through many years of interning and assisting, Connor began to create a clientele of artists and producers he could independently work with, his mixing/mastering studio Pit Stop Nashville was born.
He became know for making coffee or tea for his guests, often creating crazy concoctions he’d brew on the spot during rest breaks between sessions. Working at a coffee shop was always a daydream. An increasing desire of wanting to understand more about the coffee making process and its the creative atmosphere similar to that of music, he finally made the jump. Originally wanting to see what it was about, he began to stay after his shifts, learning, tasting, talking with friends and regulars, discovering what it was like to work in the industry. Needless to say, he fell in love with the process and everything about the craft.
The music industry is very synonymous with working in coffee, in terms of how they both value extremely high levels of customer service, while offering an enormous amount of creativity that inspires others to be themselves. Pit Stop Coffee Co. is an extension of the studio - What it means to create something beautiful, and celebrate its uniqueness with others.
